Koru Paterns

We did koru and kowhaiwhai patterns. A hammer head means strength. My koru art is about my family.

actonworld

Yesterday we went to actonworld wen we got there we ate.  After that the girls went on the water slide and boys played.  When it was boys turn on the slide I went on once and then played mini golf.  On golf we got up to the Grand Canyon in hole 16 par 4 then we had to leave. I had lots of fun on leap and bounce,type rope,the water slide, the wobbling ladder and jousting.

Healthy Eating Makerspace

Did makerspace.  We planted seedlings of carrot , silverbeet , parsley and celery.   We got into groups of five or four our group needed tomato, lettuce, parsley, toast and egg. We did a salad with an egg on toast on the side.

Our T . shaped literacy was about sea life. I learnt that a whale is a mammal.

Juicy insulator

Yesterday I used materials to make a thing to keep a juicy cold.
I used polystyrene, a box, tin foil , a white sheet and cellotape. 
My juice was 80% solid after 2 hours in the hot sun.
Mine worked because I used tin foil to reflect the sun.
